Class 2 delivery driver

We are a family run wholesale dairy company based in Elstree.

We are looking to recruit a class 2 delivery driver to start as soon as possible.

The Role

Delivering to mostly central London and the surrounding area.

Multi-drop deliveries.

Working Monday - Friday with 1 Saturday a month (paid as overtime)

40-45 hour week

Full time, permanent.

Night/early morning work.

The Salary

£34,000 - £38,250 per annum inclusive of bonuses.

Overtime paid separately.

Skills and Requirements

· Valid class 2 licence.

· Digi Card and CPC Card.

· Good level of English. Applicants should have good communication skills both written and verbal.

· A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

· Have preferably at least 1 year of class 2 driving experience.

· Be proactive, pay close attention to detail and have a strong work ethic.

· Demonstrate a high level or accuracy and care in their work and communicate well with the team.

· Be in good general health and be able to meet the physical demands of the role.

· Be comfortable with early morning starts and working alone.

· Have excellent customer service skills.

· Have a good knowledge of London is useful but not essential as full training will be provided

Salary: £34,000.00-£38,250.00 per year
