Project Manager

We are now recruiting for a Project Manager to join a well-established digital agency based in Birmingham to successfully take the lead on various digital projects.

As Project Manager, the main focus of your role will be to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure project ideas are fun and creative to fulfill client expectations. Communication is key in order to be successful in this role across various aspects including, pitching ideas to clients, ensuring internal teams are fully briefed as well as providing a five-star service for external clients.

Requirements:

• The ability to work under pressure to deliver and support high-quality digital projects on time.
• Experience in working on web-based projects ideally within a digital agency or similar environment.
• Confidence in taking client briefings and fulfilling their needs whilst maintaining realistic expectations.
• Keeping organised with various projects with the ability to keep a high standard of quality.
• Knowledge and experience using Jira.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce, specifically one of BigCommerce, Shopify or Magento.
• Ability to plan, document, and prioritise various client expectations effectively.

You will be highly organised, a great communicator, and happy with working with all levels of seniority across various projects. You will have first-class project management knowledge and the experience to match, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
