Diagnostics 360 is a leading provider of innovative, high-quality pathology testing kits that empower pharmacies to become a mini diagnostics hub. We are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people by ensuring access to reliable and convenient testing solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated, passionate, and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our presence in pharmacies across London.

As a Pathology Testing Kit Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with pharmacies in London and promoting our cutting-edge pathology testing kits. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and increase market share within your assigned territory by utilizing your exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential pharmacy clients in the London area, using market research and existing customer data.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharmacies, including pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and owners.

Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our pathology testing kits to potential clients.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing any concerns, questions, or issues that may arise.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and any regulatory changes that may impact the sale of pathology testing kits.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay current with the latest industry advancements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for the pharmacy sector.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of the pharmacy sector and the unique needs and challenges faced by pharmacists.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

Knowledge of pathology testing kits or similar products is highly desirable.

Willingness to travel within the London area as required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
