The key purpose of this role is to support the successful maangement & support T&A Kronos Workforce 8.1 solution (SmartTime within DHL) through:

• Timely deployment and governance
• Accurate and governed product configuration
• Excellent training
• Testing support and guidance
• Cutover / Go Live support and guidance
• Escalation of non-standard business requirements

• SmartTime (Kronos) application knowledge (preferred)
• Payroll experience (general understanding of UK payroll)
• Training delivery (essential)
• Testing support
• Ability to work and travel within the UK
• Ability to work within a remotely based team

Training will be given in regard to the SmartTime (Kronos) product and any configuration requirements
