Location: Stanford Le Hope
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Flexible Days Only 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri

Salary From £19,000 - £25,000

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Experience within a Facilities Management Role Desirable
• Experience as a receptionist in a warehouse setting

• Take responsibility for the site common areas, such as booking of meeting rooms, all refreshment sundries replenished across the site and facilitation of ordering outside catering requirements.

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service to everyone you meet.

• The Central point for all site communication including the facilitation and collation of the Monthly Site Newsletter, Bathroom Bulletin change overs, site notice boards and any general site communication requirements.

• Excellent working Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Excellent Use of English Language(written and spoken)

• Responsibility for the control of the sign in registers for both DHL and external visitors.
