We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Develop and share safety best practice between departments to ensure the best result for the site
• Develop customer relationships year-on-year to ensure customer retention and loyalty
• Conduct business reviews, as agreed with the customer, on performance to ensure appropriate level of account profitability
• Lead by example to reinforce behaviours associated with our culture (eg. Respect & Results, Continuous Improvement, Employee Engagement)
• Provide leadership for the site in assessing potential, developing talent and succession planning

• Knowledge of the retail sector, customer trends and needs.
• Understands key cost drivers within operation and controls them accordingly
• Retail Supply Chain experience desirable
• Exceptional and demonstrable record of delivering against targets.
• Experience of managing warehousing and transport operations at a senior level.
