You will be part of a team within Housing Options that manages emergency temporary accommodation on behalf of the City Council.
You will need to work proactively with colleagues, partner agencies, tenants and any customer accommodated in Emergency Bed and Breakfast / Self contained / Temporary accommodation.
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic team player who is committed to delivering a high quality customer service.
