Designate Senior Sous Chef

We are looking for a Designate Senior Sous Chef to join us working across 2 of our Lancashire sites - Farmers Arms, Great Eccleston (PR3 0YE) and Derby Arms, Longridge (PR3 2NB)

About You:

• You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Sous Chef previously and be ready for your next challenge!
• You will be passionate about food, have impeccable standards and a great team spirit.
• You are ready to support the Head Chef with the running of the Kitchen.
• We are also looking for a chef who can lead the team as well as develop and coach them to be the best they can be.

Salary: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
