The Engine is coming into it's events and festivals, We are looking for more SIA Door supervisors to join our in house team for on going work.

This is a direct working position with the venue and is not via any third party companies. We understand that many companies offer security work out every weekend but with us you will work with the same team and join our events.

Payment terms are: - You are paid on the last shift you work on that week, no week in hand or 14 days payment terms.

Hours working at The Engine can vary with the min being Friday and Saturdays 5.5 hours per night, with some of our events being a total of 14 hours a day.

Events run from Friday to Sunday and we plan to have around 30 events in the summer period.

We employ the security staff 51 weeks of the year and we are only closed the first weekend of January.

As this is an in house team we ask that you have expericnece in the security industry and act professional.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary: From £14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Baldock: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Door security: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• SIA Door supervisor license (required)
