This role could be great for someone looking to step and has a proven track record of getting results through Digital channels.

It involves B2B and B2C

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager with strong digital competencies to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to create and increase brand awareness, generate leads, and optimise conversions across multiple touch-points.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be hands-on and will report directly to the CEO.

Ideally the candidate will have experience of the Whole Sector industry, perhaps worked with a SAAS product in a digital role in the past

Equal to that, someone who is hungry and has a proven record in helping to grow a brand through digital channels.

This role will quickly develop into bigger things for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and optimise the performance of all marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Creation and execution of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and helps drive business results.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay on top of industry trends and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and manage marketing partners, including contractors, to ensure quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Manage marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment and identify areas for optimisation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Experience with lead generation, conversion optimisation, and marketing automation tools along with CRM management (Currently Zoho)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Proven experience building a brand within industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing external vendors, including agencies and contractors
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
