We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and efficient Data Input Clerk to work remotely as part of our team. As a Remote Data Input Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in our company database, verifying and correcting data errors, and ensuring data integrity.   • Verifying and correcting data errors, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Ensuring all data is entered and updated in a timely manner and meeting the deadlines.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures related to data input and management.
  • Organizing and maintaining data records, files, and reports.
  • Assisting with management projects, as required.
  • Communicating with other team members to ensure data input and management processes are running smoothly.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of company and customer data.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input and management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
