We currently have a vacancy for a care assistant position to come and work with our great team. This is a part-time or full time role which we anticipate to be 36 hours per week.

Main aims of the job
- To meet the personal needs of the residents.
- To observe and promote the resident's choice, independence, dignity, privacy, and other rights.
- To create and maintain good professional relationships with residents, their families, and friends.
- To assist in the general duties and activities of the home.
- To work alongside, and support your colleagues
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have good judgment, problem-solving, and decision making skills
- The ability to work flexible hours to meet the business needs
- Effective timekeeping and time management
- Have a genuine interest in older people
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Be willing to participate in National Vocational Training Programmes
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
- NVQ Level 2, or working towards it.
