At Dale Farm, we believe our success is built on our people, and so as we embark on our ambitious transformation journey, we are looking to recruit for the following permanent role at our cheese plant in Ash Manor, Wrexham

Production Operatives

As a production operative you will play a key part in a focused team running cheese cutting, grating, slicing and packing lines to achieve daily production outputs to meet customer demand. These jobs involve machine operation, fulfilling all quality and processing checks, product packing and associated cleaning duties.

These are important roles within the production operation and we are looking for candidates who exhibit a proactive approach to their work, who wish to develop their skills, contribute to a winning team and participate in the implementation of improvement initiatives.

Successful candidates will have a good general level of education, excellent attention to detail, a positive work ethic, be reliable and willing to work flexible shift patterns. Some roles will involve nightshift working. Relevant production experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
