An enthusiastic Accounts Assistant is required by a well-established company based in Stafford. The company is looking for a confident and enthusiastic candidate with Purchase Ledger experience. This is a great opportunity for the candidate to develop their skills within the finance industry, in a brilliant and flexible working environment.
This is a varied role, with great opportunities for progression and growth in your career.
An annual salary of up to £25,000 + benefits is available depending on experience. This is a Hybrid working position.
Responsibilities

Ensure individual company’s purchase ledgers are accurately maintained and reconciled to supplier statements and that any issues arising are resolved
All sales and supplier invoices imported to the accounting software
Customer payment collections
Assist with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.

Ensure business bank account is reconciled on a weekly basis and that any issues arising are resolved.

Requirements

Great experience within a similar role
Sales Ledger and Bank reconciliation experience
Experience with SUN operating system would be advantageous but not necessary
