Ruminant Nutritionist

The Opportunity: A fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable animal nutritionist, to grow our client’s customer base in their allocated territory. You will work closely with farmers, offering advice and feed analysis on their forage and livestock rations helping to improve the overall performance of the herd. You will be highly driven, keen to build long lasting relationships, coupled with a thorough knowledge and understanding of our client’s product range.

They work closely with farmers, forging and developing long-lasting relationships and enabling farmers to improve the efficiency and performance of their livestock. Due to their continued success in the UK, they are expanding the team.

Skills Required:

Essential

● Animal Nutrition or Agricultural qualification to degree and/or similar

● Experience and a strong understanding of dairy and beef farming systems

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Highly driven, self-motivated with a desire to achieve

● Strong organisational skills and accurate record keeping

● Previous experience of direct-to-farm sales

● Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
