Cubitt House, We are 9 public houses with destination dining rooms in Belgravia, Chelsea, Marylebone, Mayfair and Notting Hill. We have 14 boutique hotel rooms in 3 of our pubs. We are growing and will be opening our 10th site early 2024.

A unique collection of iconic, food-focused, central London public houses with a boutique hotel offering, sitting at the heart of their communities.

As Group Operations Manager the successful candidate will have an integral role in helping us achieve our vision. You will oversee all of our London sites working closely with our General Managers and Head Chefs to ensure that we are compliant at all times. Ensuring an efficient and compliant business is paramount to this role is an important part of the role of Group Operations Manager so you will be working with the GMs to ensure that they are operating the site as efficiently as possible whilst embodying our company values.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Group Operations Manager (maternity cover) to join our Head office team: someone who will not only share our passion for the service, amazing produce and enthusiasm to lead and mentor our team of General Managers.

The successful Group Operations Manager candidate will:

Have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role within the UK, managing multi-site food led operations.
Have an enthusiastic and energetic approach to the role they have applied for, and be able to lead and mentor senior management teams.

Excellent financial understanding and have proven experience in driving sales, whilst maintaining standards and maximising efficiencies across multi-sites.
Have a dynamic leadership approach to engaging and inspiring your teams.
Have excellent knowledge on food safety, health & safety and overall compliance. Level 3 certification is preferred, but not essential.
Excellent awareness and knowledge of UK Employment laws and correct HR processes.
A dynamic operator that excels at service, with advanced food and beverage knowledge.
Show a passionate desire to delight our guests.
A curiosity to learn and grow within your role.
Have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Have a NI number and proof of their eligibility to work within the UK.
