Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for an office administrator.
You will join a very supportive team with a strong focus on quality, timeliness and customer service. The jobs are part office based, part home based.
Both jobs include taking bookings from customers over the phone and by email, getting all relevant information and inputting this accurately into our system. It includes supporting your colleagues in the field with information when needed. It will also include proof reading reports, making sure they are accurate and contain all necessary information ready to be sent to our customers.
All training will be provided, but certain personal skills are important. As a person you are polite and professional, thorough and accurate, with good verbal communication skills. You are courteous, punctual and efficient.
Experience from working in an busy office environment is required, as is experience in dealing with customers and working in a team. Your application will also need to show that you can be legally employed in the UK.
Pay is fixed per hour. A performance based monthly reward is also available on top.
