Pot Washer/Kitchen Assistant

Here at Crustacean we are now looking for an experienced kitchen porter who is able to keep up with a fast paced environment especially during the build up to the summer holidays.

During the Winter season it will be Part-time evening hours working a 6 day week of 5-close. This will be Roughly 20-25 hours. We are closed Sunday.

Coming Into the build up of summer we will be offering Full-Time hours still at 6 Days a week but longer days with a break Included.

The main job for this position would be to keep up with the Potwash area ensuring that it is clean and tidy, Keeping the Kitchen environment and fridges organised, Closing down, sweeping and mopping the kitchen at the end of the evening as the candidate would be the last to leave.

As well as this, We would love for the candidate to be willing to learn more in the kitchen and be happy to help out with food preparation and portioning. Also, to help out with the kitchen when it gets busy by being ready to pass them anything asked off, Make the desserts if a chef is not available to do so at the time, etc.

The candidate will be working alongside very experienced kitchen members who are ready to welcome the right hard working person into their team.
