Job Description Overview:

This is a unique and fantastic opportunity to join our company, where after your initial 2 months' training at our Crossflight Colnbrook HQ, you will be working off site and based at Pinewood Studios Slough, working with our client who are an Entertainment Logistics company.

This is a position suited to someone who is looking for an opportunity to learn about the Logistics industry and to start and develop a career in a very challenging but exciting division of our business.

Even though you be working offsite, you will be an employee of Crossflight and therefore representing our company and delivering the Customer Services skills our company’s foundation is based on.

The Client Services Department plays a key part in Crossflight as they manage all of our account’s requirements on a daily basis.

General Customer Services duties including:

· Raising Booking Files and providing quotes

· Monitoring and Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries)

· Dealing with calls and enquiries quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times.

· Resolving customer queries or directing them to the relevant department effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
