Sneaker Influencer Co-Ordinator

We here at Crep Protect, keep expanding and are seeking super creative, ‘spot an opportunity from a mile’, digitally savvy, experienced marketing minds to develop and execute our Crep Protect UK and International influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and organised individual to join our team as an Influencer Co-Ordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing campaigns with influencers across social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, building and nurture relationships with relevant influencers in our sneaker and streetwear audience.
• Provide exceptional relationship management to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
• Developing and executing influencer campaigns and partnerships that align with our brand and business goals.
• Assist with the negotiating of contracts and compensation with influencers.
• Process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Requesting and inputting insights into our influencer management portal
• Maintaining high levels of live affiliate & influencer content and suits our brand DNA.
• Managing day-to-day communication and coordination with influencers
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing reporting and analysis to stakeholders
• Staying up to date on industry trends and finding new and innovative ways to work with influencers
• Attend events to source and speak to new influencers. Sometimes on weekends

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related field
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Passion for influencer marketing and a desire to stay on top of industry trends and best practices
• Demonstrable experience of influencer management tools such as Social Blade

Salary: £24,139.03-£30,277.11 per year
