Position Overview & Specifications

Working as part of the operations team, the Facilities Assistants ensure our holiday park facilities are clean and well maintained.

You are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst

Undertaking daily cleaning in all facility areas on the Resort, including toilet blocks, showers and communal kitchen and laundry facilities
Assisting the Hot Tub Technician with changing over water and cleaning of hot tubs for each new arrival
Ensuring chemicals are always at a safe level
Daily testing of hot tubs
Reporting any maintenance issues and supporting any repairs of hot tubs
Ensuring that the cleaning and testing standards are upheld whist working to a deadline
Clearing up spillages
Jet washing
Strimming
Supporting the Park Wardens in maintaining the camping and caravan pitches and external presentation of our lodges
Supporting the accommodation supervisors
Sharing your Park Knowledge to answer queries from our guests

No previous Hot Tub experience is necessary although this is preferred, as full training will be provided, but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.

The ideal candidate will:
Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
Be physically able to be on your feet for extended periods of time whilst walking across the Resort
Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
Able to follow correct health and safety requirements
Display confidence in working around the public
Possess an ability to work independently, without supervision and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience

This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays.

Hours will be rostered in advance.
