Position Overview & Specifications

Our Rides and Attractions team play an important role in delivering a safe and fun experience, for all of guests, at our award-winning Park attractions. We have opportunities to work on our family friendly rides such as the Carousel all the way up to our Twister roller coaster, as well as our indoor play attractions.

You are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst hosting your given attraction

Managing queue lines
Checking restraints
Implementing ride restrictions
Provide verbal rider information
Operating the ride using operational panels
Assisting guests safely on and off rides in a timely and orderly manner
Daily cleaning
Looking after our VIP guests and our Annual Pass Holders
Sharing your Park Knowledge to answer queries from our guests

No previous experience is necessary as first-class Rides Health and Safety training will be given but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.

The ideal candidate will:
Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
Have excellent observational skills
Display confidence in supervising the public
Be comfortable to undertake health & safety training and assessments
Possess an ability to work independently and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience

This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays.

Hours will be rostered in advance. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
