Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for a responsible Office and Finance Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
The post is full time permanent, with availability to work on some Saturdays essentials (we may consider part time for the right candidate)
Duties will include:
· Assist in the general administration of the office on a daily basis such as:
o matching delivery dockets,
o processing invoices and entry onto Sage system,
o filing and dealing with customers.
o Recording of sales transactions and handling cash and card transactions according to set procedures
o Assisting with reconciliations
o Assisting with completing documents and forms
· Serving and dealing with customers and suppliers – either in person or by phone
· Any other reasonable duties as requested
Key Attributes
Trustworthiness, diplomacy and politeness, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. Successful candidate must be a team player, be able to take direction and demonstrate accuracy when using the till and handling cash and card transactions
Experience
Previous experience of office duties and handling cash and knowledge of Sage and Microsoft word and Excel are desirable, however on the job training will be provided as necessary
