Our exciting opportunity
Please Note: The start date for this role is November 2022
This role is key to support the customer service function. The role will take the lead on booking customer installations and liaising with our build partners.
- Using data to identify customer connections within FTTP village projects.
- Using build images create bespoke customer connection documents
- Contact customers by phone and email to schedule installation of fibre to the premises
- Schedule installations with County Broadbands build partners
- Create workflow jobs using the County Broadband task management system
- Maintain engineer’s diaries and track works completed
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled work
- Maintain accurate records of contact with customers
- Identify aborted jobs and reschedule work
- Providing any necessary data or reports to the Customer Connection Manager
- Other such reasonable duties within the general scope of the job title, at the Customer Service Managers direction
Your skills and experience
- Experience in a customer service/call handler role.
- Proven experience in and administrative role
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
