Position Overview & Specifications

Competitive Salary - up to £24,000 ( depending on experience)

An established, successful and multi award winning boutique estate agency based in Central London is looking for a highly motivated Administrator and property Manager to join their team. Immediate start.

This role will be varied, and we are looking for someone who is a team player and willing to help with daily duties such as;

Property Management-

  • Being able to organise checks on properties between tenants and contactors in case any issues occur.
  • Taking minute notes with our main lettings team during meetings and arrange calendar invites.
  • Effectively communicate back to tenants and landlords with updates regarding any questions
  • Be able to find relevant contractors and compare quotes I.E: Furniture providers

General Skills-

  • confidently and effectively handling calls (inbound and outbound) to gain information and establish facts in a professional manner;
  • ensuring all calls are properly logged;
  • effectively dealing with administrative work, completing it accurately and on time;
  • ensuring clients are greeted in a friendly and professional manner, offering refreshments for in house meetings;
  • diary management, scheduling and arranging meetings when necessary;
  • organising property viewings and dealing with enquiries;
  • managing a number of files, ensuring they are up to date and that all necessary documents are in place;
  • ordering stationary, sorting/distributing post, ordering couriers and carrying out all other ad-hoc duties.
  • The candidate will be a positive, proactive, friendly and professional person with immaculate presentation. You will ideally have the following skills and experience;
  • an understanding of the value of customer service to an organisation;
  • very good oral and written skills, which facilitate effective communication for interaction with external clients, suppliers and peers;
  • enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to quickly adapt to changes;
  • use initiative to work on your own with little supervision, ensuring daily deadlines are met;
  • have meticulous accuracy and attention to detail;
  • have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
  • possess a professional manner and appearance;
  • be an active communicator.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the business and take on more tasks and responsibilities as time goes on. Therefore, an interest in the property market or starting a career in Real Estate is most advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
