Prep Chef / Commis Chef

The Commis Chef / Prep Chef will play a key part in the kitchen brigade in supporting the chefs by prepare ingredients to company spec and various ad hoc duties across the sections.

About you

  Able to work in a fast-paced environment as a good team player
• Excellent kitchen health & safety standards
• Passion for service and presentation in everything you do
• Drive to expand your knowledge and grow within the business
• A dab hander in the kitchen and can jump on to a section with no worries at all
