Position Overview & Specifications
We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the CEO on a part time basis.
ComXo are the leading UK provider of global switchboard support services and are the voice of over 200 professional services firms across the city of London and beyond.
This role will be around 12hrs per week and we are open to different working patterns for the right candidate.
Key Accountabilities:
- Daily management and co-ordination of the CEO's diary
- Where required, review of email inbox to screen out unwanted emails and respond to simple requests and requirements.
- Schedule meetings and teleconferences as required, booking rooms as appropriate including associated requirements e.g. equipment and availabilities (room and personnel).
- Organise travel and logistics arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Preparation of expenses for approval and management of invoices.
- Assist with creating reports and presentations.
- Facilitate events arranging all associated logistics and provide event support.
- Produce written documentation on behalf of the CEO
Desirable/Preferred Experience:
- Previously worked as a PA or Secretary is highly desirable
- Previous administrative experience at senior level including intelligent diary management
- Experience of organising/supporting with events would be an advantage
- Proficiency in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to connect with in-house and external stakeholders at multiple levels
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and develop on the job to fill any skills gaps
- Ability to prioritise workload
- When entrusted with confidential information, always handle it with utmost duty of care and tact
- Advanced proficiency in MS office tools particularly PowerPoint
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary: £8,000.00-£9,600.00 per year
