Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Clinical Deputy Manager to work in their well performing nursing home based in the Bootle area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to take a step up in their clinical career or a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Previous Nursing Home experience
Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
Strong Clinical Skills
Genuine passion for elderly care
Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity

Location
This role is based in the Bootle area and is easily commutable from New Hall, Kirkby, Birkenhead, Maghull, Crosby, Huyton, Prescot, Wigan, Formby, Speke, St Helens, Skelmersdale and Warrington.
