Clinical Deputy Manager | Elderly Nursing Home

Salary: £22 - £24 per hour (DOE) - £49,920
Location: Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan
Qualification: RGN
Hours: 40 hours per week *3 days supernumerary & 1 day clinical*

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who has a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Deputy Manager to work in their mid-sized nursing home based in the Bridgend area. This Home provides care for residential and nursing Residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in an elderly care environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an established Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in elderly nursing, a strong understanding of CIW, and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements

• Qualified Nurse (RGN + active NMC Pin)
• Previous nursing home experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager
• Strong clinical skills
• Genuine passion for elderly care

Interview Process
There is a 2-stage interview process;
Stage 1 - Interview with the General Manager and Operations Manager
Stage 2 - Interview with the Managing Director and General Manager
Location
This role is based in the Bridgend area and is easily commutable from Maesteg, Pyle, Porthcrawl, Treorchy, Port Talbot, Cowbridge, Tonypandy, Swansea, Morriston, Neath, and Pontardawe.
