Overview

The successful candidate will administratively support the commercial team in the broadest sense of the word, executing daily transactional requirements linked to each unit receipted into the business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing of customer purchase orders

• SAP Data Entry

• Contract Review execution

• OTD Management and Exchanges

• Generation of customer Pricing and Quotation

• Invoicing of customer orders

• Administrative transactions relating to the above activities

• Resolution of queries relating to the above activities

• Credit and Debit Notes, where required.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Ideally suited for individual studying Business Management or similar;

• IT literate;

• Meticulous attention to detail;

• Pro-active approach to work;

• Ability to work within a team;

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

This position may involve access to export-controlled information and hardware where an export license would be required for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Employment will be subject to satisfactory security checks, export license approval, and if required, completion of a non-disclosure agreement.
