The Colas Rail Graduate Schemes are two-year fast track training programmes, which will jump start your career and begin to provide you with the all the technical and managerial skills that you will need to realise your potential. We are currently looking for a graduate to join our Commercial Graduate Scheme within our Urban division, The successful candidate will be working on the high profile Midland Metro Alliance project, delivering part of the biggest programme of transport regeneration in the West Midlands.

As a commercial graduate with Colas Rail, you will be enrolled in a two-year commercial graduate programme which has a distinct focus on the operational and commercial side of our business. You can expect to be working closely with our operational teams and senior management on improving the UK rail systems. Throughout your programme we will support you via bespoke training and development, giving you the opportunity to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge. The programme will provide a springboard to progress to becoming a Quantity Surveyor and achieving RICS status.

We're looking for bright, enthusiastic and determined people who can work both independently and in a team. For all our Graduate Programmes we are looking for at least a 2:2 degree from University, and the ability to stand out, by internships, university successes or extracurricular activities. We are also looking for graduates who share our ethics and behaviours, but are not afraid to look at ways in which we can continuously improve.
