Here at CMS Promotions we are a new, dynamic direct sales and marketing company who are rapidly expanding throughout Birmingham and the direct sales and marketing industry.

We are currently looking to grow our field sales team with enthusiastic, talented individuals with plenty of ambition, who are looking to start or continue a successful career within sales.

What is required of you?

We aren’t looking for specific qualifications, however, previous experience in a sales role would be advantageous.

We want individuals who are going to strive to do their best and are eager to expand their capabilities.

As a company we are really sociable, arranging weekly team nights, special events for hitting office goals.

Requirements of the sales Assistant

Our Managing Director came from an entirely different industry, so no-one is out of the question!

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are self-motivated, hard-working
• People with excellent communication and customer sales skills
• Are positive, enthusiastic and reliable
• Enjoy being a team player and are willing to support the team

The role itself is performance based

**please note that this is NOT an office based nor a call centre role and is a performance based role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £400.00-£1,500.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
