Project Manager (Agile)

The Project Manager role at Felinesoft combines the responsibilities of a Scrum Master within an agile delivery team with a client-facing role that focuses on reporting and relationship management.

You’d be working within a Scrum delivery team typically consisting of Developers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, Business Analysts and UX/UI specialists, ensuring that the Scrum team achieves its agreed deliverables while adhering to the business’s agile methodology.

Required skills, experience, and attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience of project managing complex and diverse software projects of varying sizes/budgets
• Experience of agile project management methodologies e.g. Scrum.
• Excellent project management and project delivery skills
• Great people skills; a friendly, professional manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to talk to clients in their own language as well as understand the detail from the development team
• Commercially astute
• Great team leadership skills
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira or similar”
• All employees are expected to help and collaborate with colleagues to achieve the objectives of the business and to be flexible in terms of assignments. In addition this role will require occasional travel to client sites
• Professional accreditation in a recognised project delivery methodology e.g. Scrum Master Certification or similar
• A passion for technology, ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
