Assistant QS

The successful Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving construction / refurbishment contractor and will receive unrivalled industry exposure working on a broad variety of projects such as Office, Residential, Retail, Hotel, Health, Commercial and Education.

Duties

• Provide support to the QS/Estimating team on all tender and live projects including client agent services.

• Working within a small but successful team on projects ranging from £.5m and £10m.

• Lead with the estimating of projects to ensure we receive full contract documentation.

• Generally, ensure all matters in relation to the tender are understood, including contract terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Construction experience, or gaining the first step

• Someone who has the capability to work both in a team and independently.

• Degree or Qualification in Quantity Surveyor.

• Ideally have experience within the Assistant QS role.

Hours 08:00 - 17:00

Salary Depending on experience (please inc expected base in application)

Bonus TBA

Office Location - Milton Keynes (must be able to work from this location)

Salary: £14,513.52-£30,000.00 per year
