Print and Embroidery Garment Operative

City Workwear suppliers of workwear and uniforms, specialists in embroidery and print, has a full-time opportunity for an Embroidery and Print operator

Due to the continued growth of the business we are looking for an individual to join our friendly team at our office and workshop in Blackburn. Experience is preferred, but if not, full training will be provided. You will be operating several modern embroidery machines as well as using a heat press and vinyl cutter.

This role is based on 35 hours/week and there is some flexibility on when these hours could be worked. Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 6:00 pm. Depending on workload there may be the opportunity to work additional hours.

Key duties will include:

• Using modern embroidery machines and print equipment to produce branded clothing and workwear for our customers.
• The role would also include the production of various promotional products.
• Supporting the embroidery team as and when required.

Key skills and experience

• Enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised, with good time management and planning skills, attention to detail and a proven ability to juggle tasks in a busy and deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42 per hour
