Job Description

Purpose of the Role

This is an opportunity to join the expanding digital team based in London. The main purpose of this role is to support the delivery of our online marketing strategy with a focus on paid activity.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the other digital team member to deliver the marketing strategy and KPIs
  • Paid Media; PPC, Paid Social (Google advertising and Facebook/Instagram advertising)
  • Creating, managing, and optimizing a variety of paid social and PPC campaigns across our different sectors
  • Regular content and technical updates to our website
  • Continual analysis and development of website to increase traffic, engagement conversions via Google analytics and reports
  • Deliver strong and engaging organic content across our social channels
  • Analytics and monthly reporting
  • Collaborating with a variety of sector teams, managers, and external agencies to understand the KPIs for each campaign and improve results
  • Support with the daily running of the digital department, assisting with requests from the wider business.

Working Relationships and Contacts

The successful candidate will work in the digital marketing team, which comes under the wider marketing umbrella – consisting of marketing managers, design experts and PR specialists. The digital team supports all sectors which makes our work varied and engaging. Whilst we are based in London, we work across the UK and Europe. Internally, we work closely with the IT development team to support our website development and improvements.

Externally we work with different agencies including, but not limited to, an SEO specialist agency, video suppliers and have relationships with different providers such as Google, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Person Specification

Skills and Experience

  • An understanding of digital marketing and previous experience is a must
  • Previous experience of paid media, including Facebook/Instagram and Google advertising
  • Some knowledge of SEO is preferred
  • Ability to juggle multiple workstreams
  • Strong numeracy, analytical ability to analyse ROI of campaigns and strong communications skills are essential
