The Receptionist internship is an opportunity to gain work experience in a Fashion House in London and to support the different departments.
The intern will be supporting and working alongside the Office Coordinator, the duties and responsibilities will include:
Reception:
- Meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, ensuring the relevant person is notified of their arrival
- Monitor entry of reception
- Working alongside Office Co-Ordinator for arranging deliveries and courier collections
- Coordination of internal courier between stores and Head Office
- Taxi bookings for team members
- Keep reception tidy and to a high standard
- Holiday cover when co-ordinator is on annual leave
- Work alongside Office Co-Ordinator for meeting room coordination and setup for meetings, ensuring that rooms are kept to a high standard at all times
- Assist in monitoring Reception Inbox
- Receive and distribute all post, as well as arranging outgoing documents
- Keep Head Office and store contact list up to date
- Binding and Laminating
- Ad-hoc admin support
Press:
- Magazine tabbing & distribution
- Arranging all Press couriers & bike messengers, ensuring all press deliveries are logged and collected in a timely manor
- Review magazine’s - reading and scanning credits
- Report creations for Paris Head Office
- Ad-hoc admin support

- Strong organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week)
