Café All Rounder

Cheese and Pickle Deli will be serving hot and cold food to takeaway. The deli will also be running a catering service, catering for small and large events from birthdays, funerals, weddings to Corporate events for offices.

What you will do -- As the shop assistant you are required to be hands on, working behind the counter and in the kitchen, cooking daily specials and prepping food for the daily main menu. taking orders and serving customers.

Must haves

• Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop in busy commercial customer facing operations
• Excellent people, communication and people skills
• A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
• A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
• Experience working in Cafe/ Kitchen required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sunderland: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
• Kitchen: 2 years (preferred)
