Waiting Staff

Job Title: Waiting Staff - Full and part time, daytime and evening shifts available

Must be 18 or over.

Salary: £10.50 to £11 P/H

Location: The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells

Brand new Bar and Eaterie situated in the iconic location of the Pantiles

Charlotte’s in the Pantiles: An all-day venue offering speciality coffees and teas, fresh juices and aperitivos, as well as small bites to eat during the day. In the evening, we will undergo a seamless transition to change the style and ambience to that of a vibrant bar with the emphasis shifting to cocktails, wines and light bites.

We will be offering our guests what we believe to be some of the best spirits and wines in the world from their relevant categories, so we will be partnering with distributors who will help us deliver brands that truly stand out.

The cocktail offering will be classic and contemporary, something for everyone.

Role & Requirements: We are looking for proactive, driven and charismatic team members with fun and outgoing personalities. Experience is preferred but not essential as all training will be given. However, a genuine interest in drink and food, a desire to learn, to be the best at what you are doing and to offer the most excellent customer service is a must. You will have the support from an experienced management team to really gain a fantastic skillset, all whilst working in a fun and professional environment with a positive team culture.

Duties:

· Provide exceptional customer service

· Preparation of cocktails and other beverages (bar)

· A prerequisite to learn and understand all items served at the venue

· Be able to make suggestions to our guests and ensure that they have an amazing experience

· Identify suggestive-selling opportunities

· Maintain a clean, well-kept venue

· Strictly adhere to all legal requirements regarding age restricted products e.g., “check 25”
