Position Overview & Specifications

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Creative & Operational Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both creative and operational aspects of client accounts. You will be working closely with clients, creative teams, and our team to ensure successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets
  • Manage creative teams, including graphic designers, writers, and content creators
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that meet client goals and objectives
  • Manage project budgets and ensure profitability for the agency
  • Provide regular reporting on project progress and performance to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Continually assess client needs and provide recommendations for new services or offerings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative agency setting
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to clients and collaborate with internal teams
  • Understanding of creative processes and the ability to lead and manage creative teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools
