Job description

We are currently looking for full time servers!

Successful candidates will receive a base wage of £9.50 with an additional £3.50 per hour OTE through an equal share of cash and card tips (TRONC). They will also be part of a tiered development structure which allows for improved wages and upward mobility!

·Previous hospitality experience is essential (fine dining experience preferential but not necessary)

·A caring nature and good eye for detail

·Cash handling experience (preferred but not essential)

As part of the Front of house team you will be expected to be part of the customer experience from start to finish. This will include tasks such as meeting and greeting customers, taking orders and serving food and drink, optimising the customer’s experiences by recommending items on the menu and assisting with their needs, following all company standards and most importantly ‘Loving the customer’.

Starting wage will be dependent on experience. Full details of the role can be discussed at the interview stage.
