A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Selfridges Accessories Boutique in the Supervisor capacity.

This is a rare opportunity to join a significantly expanded boutique that has been a huge investment for the company. The successful candidate will be testing themselves in a large business operating in a dynamic market. This will be a challenging role that will operate under the spotlight of the brand.

In addition to being an ambassador of CHANEL, flexible and highly self-motivated, the ideal candidate will:

Develop the Fashion Advisor team to deliver the CHANEL experience to every client through identifying of development needs, coaching and partnering
Continue to build an international client network
Cultivate an outstanding sense of customer service, initiative and commercial ability, always upholding the values of CHANEL creativity
Support in creating a positive work environment, empowering the Fashion Advisors to deliver innovative solutions
Be the example of strategic vision, targets, projects and initiatives, ensuring the team are constantly displaying the CHANEL Values & Behaviours
Supporting the management team in leading and developing the business of the boutique
Be the voice of the store by understanding the business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations
