Position Overview & Specifications

ChampionX has an immediate need for a Chemist (Summer Intern) located in Aberdeen. This is your opportunity to gain valuable laboratory experience in growing company.

What You Will Do:

Implement and follow company safety practices
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the laboratory
Support laboratory tests to complete project requests
Sample preparation
Inventory management – ensuring sufficient volumes of materials and consumables
Maintain calibration records for equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

Higher chemistry

Physical Demands:

A mixture of office and laboratory-based work

Preferred Qualifications:

Studying Chemistry or a related science degree
Good computer skills, must have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good oral and written communication skills, speak and write English
