Our client, a respected recruitment consultancy, covers every aspect of the Healthcare / Medical recruitment sector (search, perm, and contract markets). With global expansion at the heart of their plans, this leading and well-funded company has immediate openings in London, Leeds, and Bristol for Experienced recruiters looking to rapidly progress their careers.

A successful 360 Recruiter, can expect:

• A negotiable base salary of 30-50k

In this exciting 360 Recruiter role, you will:

• Map out market opportunities within your given sector
• Win and manage a growing portfolio of accounts
• Perform proactive candidate development
• Take briefs, match candidates and complete the full process through to a successful conclusion
• Book and attend new business meetings
• Accurately record all activity
• Execute strategy to build your desk/book of business

360 Recruiter applicants will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

• Degree education
• Minimum 18 months in a 360 recruitment role
• Interim or perm experience
• Healthcare, medical, or public sector recruitment (would be advantageous)
• Professional with first-class communication and presentation skills
• High degrees of motivation, drive, ambition, and commitment
• A polished approach, high expectations, and a strong desire
• Prior achievements (sporting, academic, workplace, etc.)
• Attention to detail and a strong customer focus
