Position Overview & Specifications
Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) Customer Services Assistant based at our Carlisle office with a salary of £21,500 to £22,440 per annum.
If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Customer Services Team, as CCHA continues to grow and deliver the best possible services to our customers. As a Customer Services Assistant, you will play a key role as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be a skilled communicator using multiple communications platforms.
The post holder will demonstrate excellent administrative skills while providing support to colleagues and ideally have some experience of customer care.
