Description

Lorry driver? Early riser? Why not come and join our Refuse & Recycling crews. We are looking to recruit a number of motivated, committed and enthusiastic Class 2 HGV Drivers

Key responsibilities are set out within the job profile, but successful applicants will;

be responsible for driving duties associated with the Refuse/Recycling services associated with collection, delivery and transportation duties involving vehicles weighing 7.5 tonnes and above.
have responsibility for the supervision, direction and safety for their assigned crew.
need to work co-operatively across services areas.
need an understanding of the geographical area of Carmarthenshire.
need to be amenable to the use of new in cab technology and able to manually fill out daily driver reports.
need to be flexible and available to work outside of normal hours, weekends and Bank Holidays if necessary.
