Position Overview & Specifications
We have gradually been expanding our team and now looking for another staff member to join the team.
We are ideally looking for someone that has experience in lashing and securing cargo, however your ability to listen, learn and put in a good days hard work are probably more important.
If you don't have the correct tickets then we can gradually have you in house trained and then put you through the respective tickets and licenses.
Securing, lashing and rigging- This work will be varied and will be working in and around a crane and heavy lifting equipment
Ideally have the following skills - But on the job training will be provided
- Securing of Cargo
- Forklift License
- Rigger training
- Banksman and Signalling training
Pay and benefits will be discussed upon at interview stage including good overtime rates
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Felixstowe, IP11 3SA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
