[Tier2 Sponsorship] Marketing Executive- Chinese Speaking

We are looking for a Marketing Executive. As a Marketing executive, you should have the capability to recognize the right marketing trend and set up the operation strategy for yourself and your team members. You should also be able to create valuable content to attract potential customers and guide your team members. Our company culture is very open, diversify and stick with new generation market trends, so we are looking for a person who has a creative mind which the capability of think out of the box, not only planning but also set the practical strategy under fixed time monitoring. The final goal of this role will be to help your team members and yourself achieve personal objectives while supporting the sales team in revenue growth and creating brand awareness.

Main duties and Responsibilities

• I Familiar with the mechanism of Wechat, Little Red book, Zhihu operation system.
• I Could set dynamic marketing strategy according to monitor and conclude social media operation data
• I Have the content sense, capability of content creation to attract potential customer
• I Plan Marketing activities which could filter potential customer into target customer
• I Set marketing team KPI and assist team members to achieve it, and conclude within the fixed term to adjust and optimize operation strategy
• I Assist the sales team to achieve sales targets by providing supporting materials
• I Seek opportunities for partnerships, universities sponsorship, and advertising promotion

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Social Media such as Wechat official account, Red, Zhihu, Douyin relevant platform
• Skilled in Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator) would be highly desirable
• Experience in career service business preferred
• Experience in data research and analytical skills
• Independent, proactive, driven, self-motivated, and flexible attitude while using lots of initiatives
• Experience in content creating and marketing sense
• I Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
