Job Details

Our client, a renowned and award winning international law firm are now looking for a Legal PA to support them on their employment team. This will be a busy and varied role, that would suit a driven and highly organised Legal Secretary / PA. The PA will be joining a progressive firm, that offer development and an inclusive working environment.

Key responsibilities:

Diary management
Acting as a gatekeeper for fee earners
Onboarding new clients including conflict checks
Supporting with arranging client events and functions
Drafting emails and correspondence
Billing
Support with creating pitches and presentations

To be considered for this role you will have experience as a Legal Secretary / Team Assistant/ PA in a Law firm. The ideal PA will be highly organised, with a strong attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft office and enjoy working as part of a busy team.
