We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and help us find the best talent for our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a strong understanding of the recruitment process. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on our organisation's success.

Please bear in mind that the first two months you would be payed for your food allowance only; after that, a contract would be given that would allow the employee to earn a minimum of £25,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen and review resumes and applications.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants and their progress in the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
  • Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to hiring managers on the status of their recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting sources.
